Geothermal Consultants Ltd operate with a network of key associates and stakeholders throughout the UK to deliver individually tailored geothermal solutions whether on an existing property or on a proposed new development project.
Our viability service is focussed on delivering solutions for commercial projects whether retro-fitting existing properties of new development projects, we do not provide these services for individual household undertakings.
Process
The process is carried out in a Staged Phased process.
When we receive your enquiry, we shall make contact with you to discuss your proposals regarding your existing property or forthcoming new build project that you are considering. After this initial discussion, should you wish to progress the next step is the Stage 01 Viability Report
This will require your commitment to engage Geothermal Consultants Ltd to undertake the initial Viability Report.
Stage 1 - Is the Project Viable?
Geothermal Consultants Ltd will commission a detailed geological survey to ascertain the underlying geological sequence beneath the existing property or proposed development site.
We shall engage with the major Energy Providers regarding the infrastructure to deliver the ground array network installations.
Present to you our preliminary Technical Appraisal detailing the viability for installing the ground array network installation to deliver a Ground Sourced Heat Pump (GSHP) solution.
Next Stage…..
Stage 2 - Project Development
Engage with the Energy Provider to deliver a detailed Cost Plan for the underground engineering works which will be designed to provide your GSHP solution.
Within the cost we shall provide an initial indication of the level of financial contribution that the Energy Provider will offer to support the ground array network installation.
During the process we will deliver a commitment from the Energy Provider to provide a formal undertaking to own, operate and maintain the external ground array network for the lifetime of the array and where necessary, replacing the assets at the end of their operational life to assure performance.
